Clinical Service fees

Connect Speech is a private practice operating on a fee-for-service model (clients pay "out-of-pocket"). Services are not covered by Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP). Many clients obtain reimbursement through their employee/extended health benefits plan, student health insurance plan, WSIB (for a workplace injury), auto insurance (for a motor vehicle collision injury), professional development funds, or government funds. Prepaid block package discounts and direct billing are available, too.

Clinical SLP Assessment

$215/1hr; $325/1.5hr, +

An assessment is the first step before starting therapy. Your needs/concerns are professionally evaluated and your therapy goals and priorities are set. The average assessment is 1 hour - 1.5 hours long. All assessments are customized to each client depending on needs/goals. Schedule a consult for a custom quote.

SLP Therapy

$115/45min; $145/hr

Speech therapy services with a registered Speech-Language Pathologist. Therapy session duration ranges from 45 minutes to 90 minutes. Schedule a consult for a custom quote.

CDA Therapy

$100/45min; $125/hr

Speech therapy services delivered by a CDA (Communication Disorders Assistant, a.k.a. Communication Health Assistant or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) under SLP supervision. Therapy session duration ranges from 45 to 60 minutes. Schedule a consult for a custom quote.

Coaching and Accent Training fees

The following information is for coaching clients seeking professional coaching services from a licensed SLP. Services may be reimbursable by extended health benefits/insurance plans or professional development funds.

INITIAL SLP EVALUATION

$145/hr
